UNITY Journalists of Color Inc. has announced the UNITY ’12 convention dates

Registration is now open for the UNITY ’12 Journalists of Color Inc. Convention, hosted at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, Nevada August 1-4, 2012.

This event will allow you to engage the news media industry, connect with media professionals, newsroom recruiters and journalism educators, and embrace the newest media. The UNITY ’12 Convention will also have a job fair for journalists and media professionals that includes career coaching services offered through the UNITY ’12 Career Resource Center.

UNITY is a coalition of the Asian American Journalists Association, the National Association of Hispanic Journalists, the Native American Journalists Association and the National Lesbian and Gay Journalists Association.
